Dare County Health and Human Services Director Dr. Sheila Davies said Tuesday that details about drive-thru COVID-19 test sites opening on the Outer Banks will be released in the next few days.
Davies also said that the number of positive tests for the coronavirus in Dare County has remained at 22 for the past five days. Of those 22, 19 people have recovered, two are still active cases and there has been one death.
