Less than twenty-four hours until the Midnight Magic in Manteo, a New Year’s Eve event on Sunday, January 1st from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. in downtown Manteo.
Before you head out the door, please make note of the parking and traffic routes surrounding the event pictured below in the provided infographic:
There will be no parking on Queen Elizabeth Avenue between Budleigh and Sir Walter Raleigh Streets from 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 31st until Sunday, January 1st at 9:00 p.m.
There will also be no thru traffic on highlighted portions of Queen Elizabeth Avenue on January 1st from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The Christmas Tree Parking Lot will close at 1:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 31st to Sunday, January 1st at 9:00 p.m.
Attendees will be able to catch a ride from the Town Common, College of the Albemarle, or Manteo Elementary School parking lots to downtown with the free golf cart and shuttle van service provided the day of the event.
