Outer Banks Hotline launches ‘Community for Hope’ Sexual Assault Awareness Month campaign

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Every 68 seconds someone is sexually assaulted and every 9 minutes that person is a child.

To bring the issues of safe relationships, interpersonal violence and sexual assault to light in Dare County, Outer Banks Hotline announces the development of an awareness campaign titled “Community for Hope.” To join the campaign, please contact Stephanie at Outer Banks Hotline by calling 252-473-5121.
