Current TV has released a new video that discusses the recent rise in the popularity of electric-assisted bicycles—also known as “e-bikes”—throughout Dare County, as well as the current rules and regulations regarding the operation of e-bikes.
The video also shares several ways Dare County residents and visitors can stay safe while utilizing this popular new mode of transportation in the Outer Banks community.
