On June 14, 2023, at approximately 10:52 pm, Deputies working the A-District conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on US 158 near Tateway in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina.
A DCSO K-9 was deployed around the vehicle and alerted to the presence of a controlled substance. The vehicle was searched and an amount of Crack Cocaine, Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia were located and seized.
Michael Anthony Webb, 37, of Columbia, was arrested and charged with (F) PWISD Cocaine, (F) Maintaining a Vehicle, (M) Possession of Marijuana, (M) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and cited for Open Container of Alcohol. Webb was given a $15,000 secured bond.
