On June 17, 2023, at approximately 2:11 am, Deputies working the A-District conducted a traffic stop on NC 12 near Bleriot Street in Kitty Hawk.
Probable Cause was established to conduct a vehicle search and an amount of Marijuana, Marijuana Paraphernalia and Psilocybin Mushrooms were located and seized.
Bruce Kenneth Beuzard IV, 25, of Manassas, VA, was arrested and charged with (F) Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance, (M) Possession of Marijuana and (M) Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia. Beuzard was given a $15,000 secured bond.
