Dare County has released a new video that highlights the Dare County Public Works Department’s Integrated Mosquito Management Program, which is designed to help suppress local mosquito populations and reduce the risk of residents and visitors contracting a mosquito-borne disease.
The video touches on the various types of treatments that are used to control mosquito populations in Dare County and also offers information about the steps that local residents and property owners can take to eliminate standing water from their property and assist in the reduction of pesky mosquito populations in their area.
