The Board of Directors of OBX Pride, Inc. are thrilled to present the 12th Annual Outer Banks PrideFest happening September 8-15, 2023.
The only mid-Atlantic gay pride festival at the beach’s main event will be a free, family-friendly, Pride Festival including bands, drag queens performances, entertainers, local restaurants, adult beverages, and vendors at Roanoke Island Festival Park in Downtown Manteo, North Carolina, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, September 9. Attendees should bring cash to purchase food and beverages along with their photo ID to drink alcohol.
Tickets are available for $20 for Friday night, September 8th’s annual Pride & Joy Drag Show at Outer Banks Brewing Station with host Jennifer Warner, DJ KO, and performers Jamie Monroe, Sabrina Laurence, and Cliff Warner starting at 10 p.m. Drinks and food are available for purchase, but not included in the individual ticket sale price.
Other free events include the PrideFest Kick-Off Party at the Outer Banks Brewing Station on Friday, September 8 from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., DJ Dance Party at Longboards Island Grill for 21+ attendees on Saturday, September 9 from 10 p.m. – 2 a.m., and Survivor’s Wrap Party at Old Tom’s Wine and Provisions on Sunday, September 10 at 3 p.m.
