The Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is Big Yellow.
Big Yellow was brought to the shelter in May after being bit by an unknown animal. This led to a six-month-long quarantine. Big Yellow’s quarantine is now up and he is doing fantastic. Big Yellow is affectionate, loves attention, and doesn’t seem to mind other cats.
