The Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is Saffron.
Saffron is very sweet but does take a little while to open up, but once she does she loves all the attention! She did come from a home with other cats and did well with them, but the SPCA believes Saffron would do better in a quiet home and with someone who will take their time with her and allow her to open up on her own.
