The Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is Fred.
Fred, a five-year-old, arrived to the SPCA as a stray after being abandoned on the local wildlife refuge. Fred recently completely heartworm treatment and is described as the goofiest and silliest boy. He is guaranteed to make you smile!
To adopt Fred or any of the other shelter animals, visit the Outer Banks SPCA Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., or give them a call at 252-475-5620.
