The Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is Dakota.
Dakota is black and white domestic tuxedo cat. He was discovered as a stray at only four-months-old with a bite mark on his leg. Now out of quarantine and all healed up, Dakota is searching for his forever home where he can finally enjoy the love and care he deserves.
