Join Friends of Jockey’s Ridge to celebrate Jockey’s Ridge State Park at Dune Days 2024, set for Saturday, September 14, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. A schedule of events has been provided for the day:
11:00 a.m.: Friends of Jockey’s Ridge Open Board Meeting & Membership Event with the Dueling Dinosaurs & Tubbs Hot Dogs & Snow Cones
12:30 p.m.: Sandcastle contest registration at the Jockey’s Ridge boardwalk (See rules below) Registration is FREE
1:00 p.m.: Sandcastle contest at Jockey’s Ridge – Prizes to be announced. Single entires, teams and families welcome! Or Dune Hike with Jockey’s Ridge Park Ranger
Tubbs Hot Dogs will be available throughout the event as well to provide all your food and beverage needs with the following menu:
