The OBX SPCA Pet of the Week is Cooper.

Two-year-old Cooper is very affectionate and loves to play with other dogs. Cooper has enjoyed his outings to the beach and rides great in the car. If you have another pet and are interested in adopting Cooper, a meet-and-greet is required.

To adopt Cooper or any of the other shelter animals, visit the Outer Banks SPCA Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., or give them a call at 252-475-5620.
